Privacy Statement

IFFP respects your privacy. The Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) requires that IFFP must handle your personal information in accordance with a set of National Privacy Principles.

At IFFP, we only collect the information that is necessary in order to enable IFFP to provide a particular service to you - usually formulating and implementing financial and risk management strategies for you. IFFP may also provide you with information on opportunities or products that we may feel are relevant to your personal circumstances.

Your personal information will not be used or disclosed for any other purpose without your consent, except where required by law. For example, IFFP may be required to report certain information to the Australian Taxation Office for tax related purposes.

The personal information collected by IFFP either from you or from a source approved by you may include your contact details, date of birth, financial and investment details and Tax File Number (if you have chosen to quote it). Over time, this will be supplemented with other information necessary to allow IFFP to continue to provide services to you.

We have stringent security measures in place and the staff who handle your personal information have the knowledge, skills and commitment to protect it from unauthorised access or misuse.

As an IFFP client, you may ask to see the information we hold about you and to have it corrected if required.
